Booz Allen Hamilton wins NASA’s $622m CyPrESS contract
The IDIQ contract will strengthen NASA’s cyber security and privacy efforts
NASA has awarded its Cyber security and Privacy Enterprise Solutions and Services (CyPrESS) contract to Virginia-based Booz Allen Hamilton.
CyPrESS, which is worth up to $622.5 million, is a cost plus award fee (CPAF)-based hybrid indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract.

In line with the deal, Booz Allen Hamilton will deliver cyber security and privacy enterprise solutions and services for NASA's Office of Chief Information Office.
Integrating cyber- and privacy-related learnings from numerous center and enterprise information technology contracts, CyPrESS contract is reportedly the American space agency’s first enterprise-wide cybersecurity and privacy services contract.
“The period of performance includes a base period that begins May 31, 2022, and runs through September 30, 2023, as well as four option periods that run through September 2030,” confirmed NASA.
